Communication
We work one-on-one. I share concepts on agreed dates, gather your feedback, and keep revisions organized so the project moves smoothly. We’ll use email and a shared folder; quick check-ins or milestone calls are added as needed.

Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revisions (three or five, depending on the tier). Revisions cover copy edits, layout tweaks, and color adjustments. If we change direction to a new concept, I’ll quote that separately. Additional changes beyond the included revisions are billed hourly.

Interior layout & typesetting
Scope depends on manuscript length and complexity. The baseline covers standard text; long word counts, extensive imagery and tables, or custom formatting are quoted after review.
Website design (Wix and WordPress)
Packages include either a one-page layout or a 3-page site on Wix or WordPress, with email signup, basic SEO setup, analytics, and domain connection.

Advanced websites & integrations (custom quote)
For ecommerce, memberships, courses, bookings, or advanced integrations, I design the UX/UI and collaborate with my developer team. We can deliver on Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress with WooCommerce, and integrate gateways like Stripe or PayPal, member areas and subscriptions, booking calendars, and more. These projects are scoped and priced by quote.

Upload assistance
For packages that include KDP or Ingram support, I prepare files, check specs, and assist during upload. You keep ownership of your accounts and final approvals.

File delivery
You receive press-ready files for each format in your package. Examples include JPG/PNG for eBook, print-ready PDFs for KDP, ACX square for audiobook, and IngramSpark adaptations when included.

Stock imagery
Licensed images are sourced via my Shutterstock and Depositphotos subscriptions under their standard licenses. Requests for exclusive/extended rights or specialty assets are quoted separately.

Booking & timelines
I typically book a few weeks in advance. Your spot is secured once we agree on scope, receive a deposit, and you provide starter materials. A milestone schedule is shared at kickoff so you always know what’s next.
​
What I need from you
Final title and subtitle, author name, back-cover copy, ISBNs if you’re supplying them, author photo, endorsements, and any series information. Comparable covers in your genre are helpful if you have them.

If you have a tight deadline, let me know. When possible I offer a rush schedule, billed with a time-based surcharge.
