Welcome to Erelis Design.
We specialize in book cover design, interior book design, typesetting
and publishing consulting.

As a passionate book designer and avid reader, I firmly believe that the cover is the first aspect that catches a reader's eye. While we've all been taught not to judge a book by its cover, the truth is, we all do it. A well-designed cover is meant to captivate and engage readers, whether they're browsing e-book thumbnails online or looking at printed books in a store.

Consider this: given so many books to chose from, which one would you choose first? The one that stands out from the crowd and grabs your attention. While a captivating summary may draw in readers, it is the cover that makes the initial impression. That is why it is critical to have a cover that not only looks outstanding but also effectively portrays the content and genre of your book.

At my book design studio, I understand the importance of a standout cover. That's why I work closely with my clients to create covers that not only look excellent but also tell the story of their book. With my extensive experience and a keen eye for design, I'm committed to helping authors like you bring their vision to life and attract readers to their books.

So if you're looking for a book designer who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering exceptional results, look no further. Let's work together to create a cover that will captivate readers and leave a lasting impression.

THE BOOK COVER DESIGN PROCESS

Discuss details about your book

Start with filling out writer's form and provide details about your book that would help me suggest ideas for the cover.

Designing Your Book

The first stage in creating a book cover is to examine your story visually, followed by research on the book's category and target demographic. The next step is choosing the appropriate typography, color palette and symbolism for your book.

A book cover is both an artistic work and a marketing tool for your book.
My goal is to strike a balance between capturing the book's core while also making it appealing to the general public.

Publishing

The book cover is now complete and ready for publication. At this step, I will send you all the requested files for your book design in high resolution.

PORTFOLIO

TESTIMONIALS

Nada did beautiful work. Her designs were creative, aesthetically pleasing, and professionally done. She was also responsive and thoughtful in the way she approached her work, including updates, change requests, and staying in regular communication.
Overall, she did an exceptional job.

J.M. Bergen

Nada is excellent. We will use her services again, as she brings not only professionalism and creative talent to a project, but her work far exceeds others in the design field (and I say that as a person that has worked in this field for 30 years).!

Michael Sedge, President, The Sedge Group

We are very pleased to most highly recommend Nada Orlić of Erelis Design. She is a very talented designer and artist and by far the most professional and pleasant book cover and book interior designer we have worked with within the history of our company (est. 1998)!

Beam Publishing

Nada did an fantastic job bringing the four covers for my Jessica Banks Thriller series to life and I could not be happier with the final result. Her professionalism and creativity allowed us to focus on picking the best design from the excellent options she provided. She was a joy to work with and I will be my first choice when I need more designs done.
